UniversaCare Inc. is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to support clients in Connecticut with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily routines. You’ll provide companionship and help maintain dignity and comfort in the home.

Requirements include a valid PCA certification (or willingness to certify in-office) and reliable transportation. Flexible scheduling includes weekdays, weekends, live-in and part-time options.

Qualifications

• Valid PCA certification (or get certified in-office).
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation (nonnegotiable requirement).
• A caring, dependable attitude.
• Experience in home care or caregiving preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, and mobility.
• Support daily routines: meals, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help clients live with dignity and comfort.
