Cheer Home Care in San Marcos, CA is actively hiring a Caregiver to provide compassionate non-medical home care to the elderly and disabled. Responsibilities include companionship, personal care, homemaking, transportation, and assisting with ADLs.

You should be able to drive clients, have strong communication, and be ready for a flexible schedule with part-time or full-time options. We offer competitive pay from $20 to $23 per hour, weekly payments, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting with ADLs and personal care.
• Ability to drive clients in their own vehicle.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Certifications preferred but not required: CNA, HHA, CPR.

Responsibilities

• Personal care and ADL support.
• Transportation to medical appointments.
• Dementia/Alzheimer's/Hospice care as needed.
• Light housekeeping and organization.
