• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and management of medications.
• Promote independence and safety in the home environment.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the client care supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
