Job summary

Alana Home Care in Franklin, TN, and surrounding areas is seeking caring caregivers to assist clients with daily living activities in their homes. You will help with ADLs, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship while documenting changes for supervisors.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred (home care, assisted living, or similar)
• CNA certification a plus but not required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Companionship and engagement
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisor
