Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Companionship and engagement
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisor
