Job summary

Alana Home Care in Dickson, TN is seeking compassionate Home Care Aides for full- or part-time positions with flexible scheduling. You will support clients at home with daily activities, meals, and mobility while providing companionship in a supportive team environment.

Ideal candidates have caregiving experience, a valid driver’s license, and can pass background checks. Compensation ranges from $13–$17 per hour depending on experience, with ongoing training and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred (home care, assisted living, or similar).
• CNA certification a plus but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Companionship and engagement; monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisor.
