Job summary

Alana Home Care in Murfreesboro, TN seeks compassionate Home Care Aides to provide high-quality, personalized in-home care. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and offer companionship to clients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or similar setting preferred.
• CNA certification a plus but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Companionship and engagement.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisor.
