No Worries Care Olympia is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide essential home-based support in Olympia, WA. You will help clients with personal care, mobility, medications, meals, and safety, while promoting independence and dignity.

Ideal candidates have caregiving experience and a CNA or HCA credential (or willingness to obtain one). We offer flexible schedules, paid orientation, and training to ensure quality care for clients at home.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• A commitment to providing high-quality care with empathy and respect for client dignity.
• Active CNA or HCA credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist clients with transferring and mobility.
• Assist with medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to care plans.
• Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs.
