Interim HealthCare Inc. in Oregon is seeking a Home Care Aide/Caregiver to support seniors at home. The role offers $20.00 per hour with weekly pay, Mon-Fri 8am-12pm and weekends, serving Shady Cove and White City.

You will provide personal care, help with daily activities, remind about medications, and maintain a safe, compassionate environment. High school diploma and healthcare experience preferred; driver's license and ability to lift up to 35 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in a healthcare role preferred.
• Clear Background Check & Drug Screen; we do not test for THC.
• Valid Oregon driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation.
• Compassionate and helping nature, good communicator, ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support seniors to live safely at home.
• Assist with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal prep, shopping, transportation and companionship.
• Assist with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders, document condition and notify supervisor of concerns.
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Engage clients in activities for joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies.
