Interim HealthCare is hiring a Home Care Aide to assist seniors with daily activities in their homes in Oregon. The role emphasizes compassionate care, reliable schedules, and the opportunity to build skills through training and CEUs.

Eligible applicants should have a high school diploma, basic healthcare exposure, and a valid Oregon driver’s license. You’ll join a supportive family in a position offering weekly pay and flexible hours.

Formación

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Six months of healthcare experience preferred.
• Clear Background Check & Drug Screen.
• Valid OR driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation.
• Compassionate and helping nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal prep, shopping, transportation and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders, document health status and notify a supervisor of concerns.
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies.
