Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required or preferred.
• Six months of experience in a healthcare role is preferred.
• CPR certification is required or encouraged.
• Valid WI driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to seniors to live safely at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, and light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and monitor client condition, notifying supervisor of concerns.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Provide reminders for medications and ensure safe home environment.
