Job summary

Cheer Home Care is hiring a Home Care Aide to provide compassionate non-medical support to the elderly and disabled in the South Bay area. You will help with companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation to keep clients comfortable at home.

Responsibilities include ADL assistance, light housekeeping, medications reminders where allowed, and transportation to appointments. Flat-rate shifts cover 9am-5pm with options for full-time or part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting with activities of daily living.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Certifications preferred but not required (CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED).

Responsibilities

• Personal care with ADLs such as bathing, toileting, hygiene, and light meal prep.
• Transportation to medical appointments.
• Dementia/Alzheimer's/Parkinson's/Hospice care as needed.
• Hourly and 24/7 care.
• Light housekeeping and organization.
