Job summary

Authentic Home Care, Inc. invites compassionate Personal Care Worker to support clients at home in the Denver Metro area. This part-time role covers Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, and Wednesdays, with care in clients’ homes and coordination with family and professionals.

You will perform daily living tasks, monitor health, and help maintain independence with respect and privacy. Training, flexible scheduling, and ongoing development are provided.

Qualifications

• We require a high school diploma or equivalent and 18+ years of age.
• Previous personal care experience is desirable but not required.
• Must be able to travel to clients’ homes in the Denver Metro area.
• Background check and references are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance.
• Support clients with mobility and transfers using proper techniques and equipment.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding according to dietary needs.
• Monitor and document clients’ health and well-being and report changes.
• Engage clients to support emotional well-being and companionship.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment and light housekeeping.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family, and other caregivers.
