Job summary

Human Touch Home Care seeks a dedicated Personal Care Worker to help clients live independently at home in Colorado. You will provide essential daily care and support to seniors and disabled clients, following company care plan guidelines.

We offer flexible shifts, competitive pay ($18.00-$19.29/hour), health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development in a supportive team. Full-time and part-time positions available in Denver area; training provided.

Qualifications

• Provide unskilled personal care services and homemaking services to the company’s patients.
• Attend to any unskilled personal care services the consumer requires per company rules and regulations.
• Accompany or drive patients to physician/clinics as needed.
• Assist with bathing, skin care, hair care, toileting, dressing, shaving, nail care, mouth care, etc.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping tasks as directed.
• Make bed, change and launder linens.
• Wash dishes, prepare meals and grocery shop.
• Clean stove, kitchen, bathroom, and living areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, dust, take out trash, mop floors (floor must be dry before leaving).
• Report unsafe conditions or unmet requests to staffing director.
