Authentic Home Care Inc. is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Worker and Homemaker to support clients in Bennet, CO.

This part-time role covers Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, and Wednesdays, with duties focused on assisting daily living activities and maintaining clients’ independence. You will provide personal care like bathing and grooming, help with mobility, meal preparation, and monitoring health status, while keeping clients safe and comfortable in their homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18+ years of age.
• Background check and references required.
• Previous caregiver experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as in a team.
• Must be able to travel to clients’ homes throughout the Denver Metro Area.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Prepare and assist with meals, ensuring dietary needs are met.
• Monitor health and well-being, reporting changes to appropriate personnel.
• Engage clients to promote emotional well-being and maintain dignity.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment and light housekeeping.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and other caregivers.
• Follow agency policies, privacy, health, and safety regulations.
