Job summary

The General Hospital Corporation is seeking a part-time Home Care Aide to support elders and patients in their homes in Boston's North End and surrounding areas. You will provide compassionate care, assist with daily living tasks, and help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.

Responsibilities include personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship, with flexible daytime hours and opportunities for growth within Mass General Brigham’s Elder Services team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in clinical or home care settings preferred.
• Ability to perform light housekeeping and personal care.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly grocery shopping.
• Clean, cook, and do laundry for clients.
• Provide personal care such as bathing and grooming.
• Assist with mobility and hygiene.
• Provide companionship and maintain safety in the home.
