Our Elder Service department is committed to providing care in the home of our most frail elders. Our home care aide staff provide personal care and home making services to Boston’s North End and West End neighborhoods.

The North End Waterfront Health, a member of the Massachusetts Community Health center network and an affiliate of Massachusetts General Hospital, extends its world-renowned health care services to people who live and work in and around Boston’s North End. By working closely with schools, senior centers and many other organizations, we have shaped our services to truly benefit our community’s growing population.

We are seeking a part-time, 20-hour home care aide to join our team, with opportunity up to 40 hours a week!!

This role involves visiting patients in North End and South End surrounding towns of Boston. Schedules are flexible and can be tailored to availability between Monday-Friday! The number of daily visits will vary based on the total hours worked each week. Day shift times ranging from 7am-6pm.

Summary:

Responsible for helping elders and other patients maintain a safe and clean home, including various housekeeping tasks, meal preparation and companionship activities for clients in their homes.

-Doing the weekly grocery shopping.

-Cleaning, cooking, and doing the laundry.
