Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. seeks a compassionate Personal Care Aide/CNA to support clients at home, promoting health and independence through daily living activities and basic medical monitoring.

You will assist with meals, grooming, mobility, and transportation for appointments, while ensuring safety and respectful communication with clients and families. Flexible schedule and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age: 18+ for non-driving roles, 21+ if driving for clients.
• HHA/CNA certification preferred.
• For driving roles: valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, insurance & registration.
• Minimum 1 year full-time healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with seniors or adults with special needs preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and manage time.
• Flexible schedule.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Background check clearance and regulatory requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily living activities and personal care.
• Perform home support tasks: light cleaning, laundry, shopping, home safety.
• Prepare and serve meals and assist with feeding.
• Monitor condition changes and escalate concerns.
• Run errands for clients as needed.
• Ensure client safety and sanitary environment.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and agencies.
• Comply with policies, safety, and regulations.
• Adapt to additional duties as assigned.
