Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) in Charlotte/Windsor, NC to provide personal care and support to seniors at home. You will assist with bathing, dressing, meals, and companionship, promoting safety and independence.

You will work in a 1:1 client setting, set your own schedule (where possible), and access online training and tuition discounts. A CNA certification in NC and CPR are required, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active NC CNA certification.
• CPR certification.
• Six months of experience in a healthcare role preferred.
• COVID-19 vaccination card.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to seniors at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, light housekeeping).
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders and report concerns to a supervisor.
• Create a safe home environment and offer companionship.

Skills

Six months of healthcare experience
