Job summary

Interim HealthCare is hiring Home Health Aides to provide compassionate in-home care to seniors, helping with daily activities, meals, errands, and companionship. You will support clients in their own homes, ensure safety, and maintain detailed notes for supervisors.

Prior caregiving or CNA training is required, with references and a respectful, independent work approach. We offer flexible schedules and a range of positions (full-time, part-time, PRN) across locations.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of adult caregiving experience OR completion of a CNA course/certificate.
• Two positive professional or personal references.
• Compassionate, dependable, and respectful approach to client care.
• Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with supervisors and the care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders and document their condition for supervisor review.
• Maintain a safe home environment and engage clients in activities they enjoy.
