Job summary

Valley Home Care is seeking a compassionate Female Home Health Aide to support individuals in the comfort of their homes, helping them maintain independence while ensuring safety and well-being. No prior certification required; patient attitude matters most.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, providing companionship, monitoring changes in condition, helping with mobility using Hoyer lifts, light housekeeping, and upholding HIPAA privacy. Weekly pay and flexible schedules are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong caregiving abilities, including personal care, cooking, and housekeeping.
• Ability to work independently while also communicating effectively with a care team
• Dependable, patient, and attentive to client needs
• Commitment to providing high-quality care
• No certification required

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support to create a positive and respectful environment
• Monitor and report any changes in a client’s condition or behavior
• Assist with mobility, including use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information
