Job summary

Valley Home Care is seeking a compassionate Female Home Health Aide to support clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence, safety, and comfort. Prior patient-care experience is valued, but the right attitude and responsibility matter most.

You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, monitor changes, and maintain confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines while working with a supportive care team. Flexible schedules and quick-start options help you begin serving clients soon.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable individual with strong caregiving skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with a care team.
• Attentive, patient, and focused on high-quality care.
• No certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to create a positive and respectful environment.
• Monitor and report any changes in a client’s condition or behavior.
• Assist with mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information.
