Navigator Homes is seeking compassionate and dependable Resident Care Assistants (RCAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our new Assisted Living Residence. You will support residents with daily activities and provide respectful, person-centered care in a warm, home-like setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, mobility, transfers, and monitoring safety, comfort, and dignity. Strong communication and teamwork are essential; an HHA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold an HHA certification.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents safely.
