Job summary
BrightStar Care is seeking CNAs/HHA/Companions to join our compassionate team in the Acton/Andover/Lowell area. The role involves providing personal care, meal prep, and daily living assistance with a patient-centered approach.
We offer flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and opportunities for advancement. Current HHA certification and at least 1 year in home care are preferred, along with a valid driving license and CPR certification.
Qualifications
- Current HHA certification and minimum 1 year experience in homecare.
- Active driving license and CPR certification.
- A minimum of one year of experience in home care, assisted living, or similar settings.
- A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities. ADL (Bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
- Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.
- Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.
