Qualifications

• Current CNA or HHA certification.
• Active CPR certification is required.
• TB test results are needed.
• A minimum of one year of experience in home care or similar settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.
• Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.
