Job summary

Havenova Home Care Solutions LLC seeks a dependable Home Health Aide/Caregiver to provide in-home support for clients with mobility limitations. Role includes hands-on use of a Hoyer lift to transfer and reposition clients safely.

You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, and companionship while following care plans and documenting visits for the care team. Flexibility and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift.
• Negative TB test (PPD/TB screening) required for Medicare compliance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• HHA/PCA certification or willingness to obtain.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Prior home care or facility caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Hoyer lift for client transfers (bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to bathroom, etc.).
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and fall prevention.
• Provide companionship and light housekeeping as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to care team.
• Maintain accurate visit and care documentation.
