Job summary

Right at Home Indianapolis West is hiring Home Health Aides and Personal Care Assistants to support seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes. You will provide compassionate daily living assistance, monitor health needs, and work with a supervising nurse to ensure quality care.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of HHA/PCA experience, and a state-approved certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months experience as an HHA/PCA in health care (in homes or facilities).
• State-approved Nurse Aide/HHA/PCA training completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (hygiene, ambulation, feeding, dressing).
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Take vital signs and report changes to supervising nurse.
