Right at Home in Indianapolis is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to support seniors in their homes. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and light housekeeping, building meaningful relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Six months HHA/PCA experience in health care (in homes or facilities).
• Successful completion of a State-approved Nurse Aide or HHA/PCA course.
• Sympathetic attitude toward care of the sick; ability to meet job demands.
• CPR certification recommended.
• Must read/write/speak English as needed for the job.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle or reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (hygiene, bathing, skin/hair care).
• Assist with ambulation, meals, dressing, and light housekeeping.
• Support patient with prescribed ROM exercises and vital signs.
• Assist with devices for daily living (walker, cane, wheelchair).
• Prepare meals and manage schedules for clients.
• Provide care as directed by a nurse and follow care plan.
