Job summary

Right at Home – Indianapolis West is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to support seniors at home in Indianapolis West. Competitive hourly wages and flexible scheduling are offered, with options for full-time or part-time roles.

Weekly pay and a supportive management team help ensure quality, compassionate care. Caregivers will assist with ADLs, companionship, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and transportation when authorized.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs without assistance
• English reading/writing/speaking as needed for the job
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
• Pass a background check
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.
• Provide medication reminders as permitted by agency policy.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments when authorized.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with the care management team.
• Provide compassionate care while maintaining client dignity, privacy, and safety.
