Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies, ensuring proper dating, labeling and waste prevention.
• Scrape, wash, sanitize dishes and utensils; remove broken items and wrap flatware as needed.
• Transport and store dishes, flatware, and utensils; ensure sufficient clean items for meal prep and service.
• Clean and sanitize the dish machine and dish room; manage trash cans and keep the area tidy.
• Assist cooks with meal preparation and serving for all diets, preparing beverages and menu items as assigned.
• Assemble meal trays, check diet accuracy and deliver carts to floors as needed.
• Bus tables and sanitize dining areas as required.
