Responsibilities

• Initiate, assemble, and maintain patient charts according to procedures.
• Process admissions, transfers, discharges, tests, meds, and appointments.
• Answer phones, relay information, and assist patients, staff, and visitors.
• Maintain unit records, forms, and reference documents; manage supplies and equipment.
• Greet visitors and coordinate transport and pagers as needed.
