Qualifications

• Must be a healthy, compassionate woman willing to help families.
• Be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident and BMI under 30.

Responsibilities

• Work with a trusted surrogacy agency through medical, legal and emotional guidance.
• Receive timely payments and access to a dedicated case manager.
