Qualifications

• Healthy, compassionate individuals eligible to be gestational surrogates.
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident and have completed a successful pregnancy.
• Age range 21–39 years and BMI under 30.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the surrogacy journey with comprehensive medical, legal, and emotional support.
• Maintain communication with the agency and case managers throughout the process.
• Attend required medical appointments and adhere to the program schedule.
