Qualifications

• Must be between ages 21-39.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Have one successful pregnancy.

Responsibilities

• Support intended parents through the surrogacy journey with medical, legal and emotional guidance.
• Remain in close contact with a dedicated case manager and support staff to ensure smooth payments and process.
