- Must be between ages 21-39 years old.
- US citizen or permanent resident.
- BMI under 30.
Responsibilities
- Carry pregnancy as gestational surrogate for intended parents.
- Follow the surrogacy agency process, including medical, legal, and emotional support as guided by the agency.
