Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US citizen or permanent resident.
• BMI under 30.

Responsibilities

• Carry pregnancy for intended parents through gestational surrogacy.
• Participate in medical, legal, and emotional support steps as guided by the agency.
• Work with a dedicated case manager and attend virtual intake and monthly meetings.
