Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old
• Have one successful pregnancy
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• BMI under 30

Responsibilities

• Participate in surrogacy journeys with agency guidance through medical, legal and emotional support.
• Attend virtual intake and ongoing support sessions with your dedicated case manager.
• Utilize the 24-hour emergency support line and monthly surrogate meetings for guidance and community.
