Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident status.
• BMI under 30.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical, legal, and emotional support to intended parents throughout the surrogacy journey.
• Coordinate with the agency's case manager and support staff to ensure timely payments and process adherence.
• Participate in monthly support meetings and maintain ongoing communication with your designated support team.
• Follow the virtual intake process and rely on a 24-hour emergency support line for peace of mind.
