Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) preferred.

• Experience with geriatric patients strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding.
• Provide therapeutic support and positive patient interaction.
• Monitor behavioral, emotional, or cognitive changes and report to nursing staff.
• Assist with group activities and structured therapeutic programs.
• Maintain a safe environment and observe for fall risks and agitation.
• Provide one-on-one observation and supervision as needed.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and room preparation.
• Document vital signs, intake/output, and patient information.
