Responsibilities

• Performs tasks related to routine patient care under RN supervision.
• Assists with daily living activities (hygiene, grooming, mobility, comfort).
• Coordinates daily patient care activities on the unit.
• Assists with admissions, discharges and transfers as needed.
• Responds to call lights and patient requests; reports to appropriate staff.
• Assists patients with feeding and ensuring adequate fluids.
