Job summary

MUSC Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Aide to provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients, ensuring safety and promoting the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being in accordance with laws and MUSC Health standards.

Reports to unit nurse; must graduate a State-approved CNA program, hold an active license, and maintain CPR certification. One year geriatric experience is preferred. The role is hourly, 36 hours per week, with flexibility in shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Must be currently registered/licensed in applicable State and maintain active license throughout employment.
• One year geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients to assure patient safety and promote well‑being in accordance with MUSC Health standards.
