Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• 1+ year courier/driver experience with direct customer interaction preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely drives company vehicles for first-call transfers of deceased in compliance with laws and policies.
• Interacts with families professionally during home transfers; follows procedures for soiled materials.
• Enter deceased event information into proprietary software per procedures.
• Transport caskets to airports, care centers, or funeral homes and assist with moving as needed.
• Coordinate with first responders, coroner, hospital staff, or care facilities as required.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and appearance; perform basic vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
