Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative support for funeral operations.
• Greet clients, answer questions, provide funeral & cremation information.
• Assist with services, set up flowers, urns, photos and keepsakes.
• Answer phones, operate office equipment and multi-line system.
• Run errands, transport items and assist on services as needed.
• Assist visitations, chapel set up, dressing/meals and vehicle care.
