Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare for services by arranging floral items, chairs, caskets, urns and keepsakes.
• Prepare documents related to services and cremations as directed by management.
• Assist with preparation of remains and services in keeping with regulations.
• Answer phones and manage office tasks and equipment (fax, computer, phone system).
• Run errands for supplies and deliveries and assist transportation needs.
• Greet families and assist with visitations, chapel setup and service logistics.
