Job summary

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred; ability to learn required.
• Proficient with MS Office and databases.

Responsibilities

• Prepares for services by arranging flowers, chairs, caskets, urns, photos and keepsakes.
• Prepares documents related to services and cremations as directed.
• Assists with the preparation of remains and related duties per law and policy.
• Handles office duties: phones, fax, computer, and multi-line phone system.
• Runs errands for floral delivery and supplies.
• Usher, may park cars and handle transportation needs.
• Drives Funeral Home vehicles for services and family pickups.
• Ensures refreshments are available where permitted.
• Assists visitations and funeral services with setup and dressing remains.
• Greets client families and provides information at the office.
