Forest Hill Memorial Park in Lexington, NC seeks a Sales Counselor to guide families through funeral and cemetery product choices. You will build a proactive sales pipeline, manage leads in HubSpot, and collaborate with local teams to ensure compassionate service.

The role offers uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate with a paid training period during the first six weeks. Prior sales experience and CRM familiarity are valued.

Formación

• One year of sales experience or related relationship-based roles preferred.
• CRM experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus, especially Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog/Filipino, Vietnamese, or Arabic.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and recommend appropriate funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorialization products, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through lead generation, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads, customer inquiries, and walk-in opportunities.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and families.
