Job summary

Baue Funeral & Memorial - Cave Springs in Saint Charles, MO, seeks a client relations professional to support families in their time of need. You will ensure information access, assist with movements of caskets and equipment, and maintain a respectful, organized environment during services.

The role requires a four-year degree or equivalent, at least one year of client-relations experience, and a valid driver's license. Fluency in English is essential, with bilingualism considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in client relations or related field.
• Valid state issued driver’s license in good standing and acceptable driving record.
• Able to read, write and speak English fluently. Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that client families and others entering the office receive information or assistance.
• Assists the team in moving the casketed deceased and related items in/out of visitation area and chapel.
• Keeps public spaces clean and prepared before and after services.
• Assists client families in and out of limousines with special attention to handicapped and elderly.
• Assists in funeral services and visitation including greeting visitors, coordinating pallbearers and parking.
• Other duties as assigned.
