• Prepares for services by delivering and setting up floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, urns, photos and other keepsakes; ensures proper care and storage of items.
• Prepares documents related to services, cremations and maintenance as directed by management.
• Assists with preparation of remains and operating crematory as permitted by law and company policy.
• Performs office duties including phones, fax, computer, multi-line system, and other office equipment.
• Runs errands for floral deliveries and supplies.
• Serves as usher and assists with transportation as needed.
• Drives funeral home vehicles for services and family pickups.
• Assists with visitations and funeral services, including setup and dressing of remains.
