Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares for services by delivering and setting up floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, urns, photos and keepsakes for client families.
• Prepares documents related to services, cremations, maintenance as directed by management.
• Assists with preparation of remains and operation of crematory as permitted by law and company regulations.
• Answer phones, operate office equipment, and handle daily office duties and communication systems.
• Greet client families, provide information, and assist during visitations, services, and transportation needs.
• Drive Funeral Home vehicles for services and transporting families when required.
