Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares for services by delivering and setting up floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, urns, photos and keepsakes.
• Prepares documents related to services, cremations, and maintenance.
• Assists with preparation of remains and handling per regulations.
• Handles office duties: phones, fax, computer, multi-line phone system, debit card machine, postage, and equipment.
• Runs errands for supplies and documents as needed.
• Acts as usher during services and may assist with car parking.
• Operates funeral home vehicles for services and family transport.
• Ensures refreshments are available when lawful to do so.
• Greet families and provide information to clients entering the office.
• Accommodates family needs during service or visitation.
